In our world today, topics of equality and world peace are very important, and more and more people every day are discovering how important it is to look out for the people of our country and their safety.

I think one of the main reasons Biden will be winning is he is very compassionate towards the people and is making a lot of promises to our country about trying to fix the Covid-19 situation and help the people and says ” I’m going to shut down the virus, not the country.” Biden also has government experience. For example, Biden served in the U.S Senate and the White House for 30 years and was on two key committees both as ranking member and chairman. While in Senate and House, Biden passed 167 pieces of legislation. He brought up gay marriage and women Act to the Untied States Congress to try to change the way our country responds to domestic violence and sexual assault. Furthermore, he provided funding for victim assistance services. Joe has done many other good things for our people and the country as he says ” We’re going to unite Democrats, Republicans, and independents of every stripe. Thats what the nation needs. We’ve got to bring the country together.” So its quite evident why most people would be in his favor during this election season.

But no matter what, when Joe Biden wins, our people will feel like they can be themselves and not have to be afraid or fear for their lives or health no matter what. Everyone was “normal” except for the family that Doodle was born in. Before Doodle was born His family was a typical average family, normal, but when Doodle was born the family became different. He was looked upon as an outcast and a disappointment. Doodle’s brother wanted to do the things average brothers can do but couldn’t so Doodle’s brother tried to kill Doodle but it didn’t go through. Doodle’s brother tried to do everything to make his brother normal but in the end, it doesn’t work, His pride became too big, his determination was so strong that it was so and too much for Doodle to handle. I believe Doodle’s brother regrets the things he’s done in the present, and while reading this hopefully you’ll see something you didn’t catch or see before.

The first universal theme I want to cover is ” don’t allow your pride to keep you blind from your love”. Doodle’s brother carried and had so much pride. He wanted a normal brother and tried so many things to make Doodle normal, and with the things that Doodle did normal, his pride became bigger, and because of that it cost hi. Doodle’s life. I believe that Doodle’s brother loved him and wanted the best for him as it says in the text ” When Doodle was five years old, I was embarrassed at having a younger brother of that age who couldn’t walk, so i set out to teach him”. It shows how doodle’s brother was only trying to help Doodle walk so he wouldn’t be embarrassed or picked on, he wasn’t doing it for Doodle.

My second universal theme is ” accept the things you can’t change”. Doodle was born different and that’s just something you can’t change, even if you wanted to do it. Doodle’s parents understood that they couldn’t change Doodle but Doodle’s brother was the only one who didn’t. Doodle brother had came up with so many things to wanting to kill him to trying to make him normal, which Doodle couldn’t help that. ” Once I succeeded in teaching Doodle how to walk, I began to believe in my own infallibility”. This shows how Doodle’s brother began to believe he can change anything about Doodle. His need for a normal brother grew, Doodle’s brother was becoming selfish, prideful, and ignorant and it all came falling down the day he chose to leave Doodle.

In the short story, “The Most Dangerous Game” The author tells us that there are two types of class in this world, the hunters and the huntees. In the book, the author introduces the character General Zaroff and mentions that he likes to hunt humans more because they’re more logical than the animals he tracks down. The general also mentions that he likes to do it for the fun of it, but stills deny it’s murder. General Z tells the other member on the island, Rainsford, what he does and that makes Rainsford want to leave immediately. General Z wouldn’t let him leave though, because he thought he would be a good challenge because Rainsford is also a good hunter. General Z says if Rainsford makes it out in the wilderness for three days he’ll leave Rainsford alone and let him leave. During these three days, Rainsford is trying to get General Z to stop trying to kill him so he sets up traps, but he really just wanted to run for it. He didn’t run for it because he had to think logically not idiotically because to survive he had to get rid of his enemies and in the end, that’s what he did.

Just like what Rainsford did, you’ll either feel the need to let the curiosity get the best of you or you need to get out of the situation you’re in. He stopped and thought logically and figured what he had to do to survive, which got him back to the point of feeling safe.
